STORE POLICY

PICKUP & RETURN

Unless otherwise agreed, pickup occurs after 1:00 PM on the rental start date, and return occurs before 12:00 PM on the return date.

Late returns between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM incur a half-day charge; after 5:00 PM incur a full-day charge.

Partial returns do not stop late fees; charges continue until the full order is returned.

PAYMENTs

All rental fees must be paid in full prior to equipment pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., Net 15/30 for commercial or sponsored projects).

If payment is not received by the agreed due date, the Lessor may delay processing, withhold equipment, or cancel the order.

Reservations require 100% prepayment to confirm unless alternative terms are approved in writing.

The Lessee shall return all Equipment on or before the agreed return date and time.

rented equipment condition, care, use of equipment

The Lessee shall use the Equipment in a careful, proper, and lawful manner and only for its intended purpose. If the planned usage environment poses potential risks to the Equipment (including but not limited to rain, snow, beach, underwater, desert, or other hazardous conditions), the Lessee must proactively disclose such information to the Lessor prior to pickup. Failure to do so may result in the Lessee being held fully responsible for any resulting damage, including but not limited to water ingress, sand intrusion, or other environmental-related malfunctions, as well as being subject to applicable cleaning fees.

At pickup, Lessee must inspect Equipment’s exterior and functionality with Lessor’s staff. Any issues must be documented on the Pickup Inspection Sheet before initials are provided. Once Equipment leaves Spherical Productions LLC, Lessee assumes full responsibility for all issues unless deemed a technical defect solely by Lessor.

Equipment may not be modified, altered, or tampered with. Any such actions are a breach, and Lessee bears restoration costs.

Cleaning fees ($15–$1,500) apply if Equipment is returned dirty, altered, or improperly handled.

insurance requirements

For rentals under $10,000 total value, Lessee may waive insurance, but a 20% surcharge applies.

For rentals $10,000 or more, Lessee must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) covering full replacement value.

COIs will be verified by Lessor. Submitting fraudulent insurance documents is insurance fraud, and may result in cancellation, forfeiture of payments, and referral to law enforcement.

If Lessee fails to provide a valid COI, Lessor may refuse release of Equipment and cancel without refund.
